1. Booking & Confirmation

A booking is confirmed when we confirm availability and receive the agreed deposit (where applicable). Confirmation includes your vehicle, driver, pickup time, route and total price. Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise.

2. Pricing & What's Included

Quoted prices are all-inclusive and cover your vehicle, a professional driver, fuel and insurance, with unlimited stops within your booked hours. Any optional extras (decor, bar service, restroom use on the 50-seat coach) are confirmed in writing before your event.

3. Arrival & Dead-Time

Vehicles are delivered 15 minutes before your booked start time. After your booking ends, a standard 30-minute delivery window applies before additional time is charged at the hourly rate.

4. Cancellations & Changes

We understand plans change. Date changes are subject to availability and should be requested as early as possible. Cancellations more than 72 hours before your event receive a full deposit refund; within 72 hours, deposits are non-refundable. No-shows are charged per the original booking.

5. Guest Conduct

Guests are responsible for keeping the vehicle clean and for complying with all Ontario laws and regulations. Our drivers may refuse service for conduct that endangers passengers, the vehicle or other road users. Damage beyond normal use may be charged to the responsible party.

6. Liability

Toronto Party Bus Rentals maintains full commercial insurance on all vehicles. Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the affected service, except where caused by our negligence. We are not a licensed alcohol server; any beverages provided must comply with Ontario law, and we never serve minors.
